Cultural Treaty Scholarships
The Netherlands has concluded cultural treaties with various other countries around the world. Based on that, there are many different Cultural Treaty scholarships available for final year students, only graduates and researchers who want to go abroad.
With Erasmus you can study or do an internship in another European country for a while. You can apply to the foreign office of your educational institution to apply for this foreign scholarship.
Erasmus + master loan
A master loan Erasmus + is intended for students in higher education who are going to take a full master abroad. The loan supports master students with the high cost of living and tuition fees. The master’s loan is not a substitute for the regular Erasmus + grant.
European University Institute grant
Do you want to do a PhD in the Italian city of Florence? This is possible with a research grant for the European university institute (EUI) . This grant is intended for successful candidates who want to obtain a PhD in history, economics or law.
The Holland Scholarship is a scholarship for students who want to study, do an internship or do research outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
If you want to go to China, you can apply for a scholarship via the Sino-Dutch Bilateral Exchange Scholarship . You can choose which Chinese institution you want to study at, although that institution must meet a number of requirements. You too must meet a number of conditions to qualify for this study grant abroad.
Van Gogh grant
Are you an excellent Dutch researcher and do you want to collaborate with a French colleague? Then a Van Gogh Fair cover your travel and accommodation expenses to France. Your French colleague must also apply for a grant to visit you in the Netherlands.
